Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Duration & Charges

  • Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days depending on the location.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or for orders above a specified amount.

Delays & Issues

  • While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or high order volume.

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@thehomedec.in.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the courier service.

  • If you receive a damaged product, please email us with images and order details within 48 hours of delivery to process a replacement or refund.


Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@thehomedec.in.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be possible. However, you can initiate a return once the product is delivered.

Order Cancellation by The Homedec

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to reasons including but not limited to:

    • Unavailability of stock

    • Payment issues

    • Invalid shipping address

    • Fraudulent transactions

  • If your order is canceled from our end, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
